3 Principles of Making Money in real Estate

Whether you’re a fresher, whether you are just a begineer, whether you have 1000 employees working under you or if you are a developer having 1000 crore project being worked on, these principles hold true in all cases.

#1 : Focus

Since the beginning of the internet, the volume of information has been growing exponentially.

In today’s era, there is too much of knowledge available. Too much videos, information, etc. People are today overloaded with information.

Information overload is something you’ve likely felt or dealt with at least once. It is the feeling you get when, after hours of searching the web, you realize there’s so much data in your head that you can no longer think clearly.

Information is not a problem these days. The problem is focus.

People do not focus on one market, they do not focus on one product, they do not focus on one customer segment, they do not focus on their sales cycle. 

Basically, people have literally lost focus.

Too much information without structure causes confusion leading to distraction.

If you want to be successful, you have to MASTER THE ART OF FOCUSING.

Focus on one market and become dominant in that market.

#2 : Build Business for True Wealth

You cannot make big money in real estate just by doing brokerages and keep running around here and there.

For example, if a broker goes on leave today, all his business shuts down. But if that broker is real estate entrepreneur and has built up certain systems like Lisa Solution (yes! that is me), you don’t have to worry. So whether I am in office or not, the business keeps running.

You need to build a real estate business for making good money. You buy brokerages and commissions and spend thousands of money on them. Instead invest that money to build up a system. 

 Your business should clear following processes:

  1. Lead Generation Process
  2. Lead Filtering process
  3. Customer Visit process
  4. Offer Management process
  5. Closure & Documentation process

If you’re not investing in yourself or your own systems, your chances of making big money and consistently for years to come is very hard.

Trust yourself.

Work on these principles and nothing can stop you.

#3 : Invest in Building Systems

I have seen people wanting to become crude parties but they are not willing to invest money in systems.

According to me, if they are not willing to invest money in technology, they are not willing to invest money in their own education.

So, if you’re not investing in yourself or your own systems, your chances of making big money and consistently for years to come is very hard.

Trust yourself.

Work on these principles and nothing can stop you.
