Ratnesh Upadhyay
Founder & CEO, Lisa Home Solutions Pvt ltd

Corporate Roots: Eight years at TechMahindra (MBT) as a software engineer and business analyst in India and the U.K.
The Turning Point: While managing a Pune property from abroad, Ratnesh experienced first-hand the chaos of tenant sourcing, rent collection, and maintenance without a reliable partner. Conversations with peers at Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and beyond revealed a universal pain: no ongoing support after the sale.
The Vision: In 2008, Ratnesh left TechMahindra to build Lisa Home Solutions Pvt Ltd — a technology-powered, community-driven platform that turns “sell & forget” into a continuous growth engine for realtors and developers.
Community Commitment: In 2020, Ratnesh launched Lisa Network — a Business Consulting and Mentorship platform — to give back to the real-estate community, creating a collaborative platform where agents, developers, and investors share insights, mentor newcomers, and drive responsible growth across India’s property markets.
Academic Roots: An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Saurav graduated in the top five of his class with a B.Arch degree in 2010, laying a solid technical foundation for his career in real estate and development.
Domain Impact: Over the past 15 years, he has driven high-impact projects—from 5-star hotel developments and luxury second-home communities to large-scale mass housing, land acquisitions, regulatory approvals, and end-to-end sales & marketing.
Educator & Mentor: As a visiting faculty member at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Saurav shares his hands-on industry insights with tomorrow’s leaders, bridging academic theory and real-world practice.
Mindful Leadership: A deeply spiritual individual, he weaves mindfulness into his daily routine—meditation, running, cycling, and tennis—believing that a fit body and calm mind are the twin pillars of effective leadership and innovation.
